Best remote access software for the Mac?

Hi there,

I'm looking for the best remote access software that will enable me to provide tech support for my clients over the internet from my MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard. Most of them have routers between their LAN and the internet so I want a solution that doesn't require me (or my clients) to configure port forwarding on their router (so ARD is out). Many of my clients are older persons with little to no technical knowledge so the fewer steps/clicks for my clients, the better! I have tried Teamviewer and it is good, but it doesn't allow for automatic reconnection after reboot of client machines.

Many thanks in advance!

Cheers,

Greg
