The link you provided is about changing answers to the security questions. Do you know if there's a way to change the questions themselves? (Frankly, they have to be the most ridiculous security questions I've ever seen. A good security question should be one that you'll have no problem remembering the answer to, even if you're asked years later. To answer one from the third batch, I'd have to make something up, which makes it unlikely I'll remember the answer later. And I certainly don't want to have to write the answers down somewhere.)
The questions are fixed by Apple. You can comment to them on the issue via their feedback page, if you wish (the support feedback page seems to be the closes in topic):

You want to change your date of birth?
If you go to http://appleid.apple.com/ and log in to manage your AppleID account, select the drop down menu for the security questions and the very last thing in the list is "write your own question". Select that and another entry box comes up where you would type in your custom question.
Good to know, but that option isn't available for all Apple IDs, though; it's not for mine. It may be related to what other Apple services one's ID is used for (my account is also tied to an Apple developer program, among other services.

Thanks, Michael. That's a different security question from the ones I'm referring to. I was talking about the ones that just became required in the last week or so, when one signs onto the app store to download an app. I'm sure you've come across them by now. I see by the date of the OP's question that s/he couldn't have been referring to those, so I apologize for posting in the wrong place.
No probelm - actually I have not had the store questions yet. But then I've also had my AppleID for a decade or so and have never had my iTunes account compromised. I read the rollout of the new security questions is initially targeting people who have had problems with accounts being compromised the past, so presumably I will eventually get prompted for them.
Hmmm. My account's never been compromised, either, so I wonder why I was among those initially chosen. Just lucky, I guess... 🙂
Who wouldn't?
I am having an issues with these new security questions too. As I hit submit, I noticed a typo in one of my answers. I tried to go into my Apple ID under Password and Security but it would not accept the answers I entered. Now my account is locked. i just got off the phone with Apple support. They opened a ticket to have my answers wiped out. I assume I'll have to do this all aver again. They said it could take 24-48 hours for this to be resloved.
I received an email saying that my DOB and security questions had been changed. The changes were not made by me so I immediately changed my password. I now have no clue what the answers to the security questions are or what DOB is on my id and I can't access the information. Can anyone help?
why cant they just subit when you click 'done'. mine never works and still keeps asking me to do i again. everytime i want to download an app it ask's me to type in my security questions but wont let me subit it 😟!!!!!!!
I am having an issues with these security questions too. there is no option to "change" the security questions and i forgot my answers.
anyone have an idea how can i solve that issue?
Thanks in advance
I'm also trying to change my questions. I have never been to a concert. If I don't answer the questions I cannot go any further...help
