Which are the best iPhone 3GS cases?

I don't know which brand to choose and whether to get a flexible/silicone case or a hardback? Which are best in terms of both function AND how they look? And what brands do you go for?

I'd usually say Otterbox, but the 3GS version is gauty (the Defender model)
