Hi,I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to transfere my photos and other info to my icloud from my iphone,have looked at my available icloud storage and i have tons but my phone will not let me take any more photos even though I've deleated loads,it's driving me nuts so any help would be great,

Only photos taken after enabling photo stream will be synced with iCloud and even then they remain on your phone and syncing them doesn't save space.
I'm not sure why you can't take anymore photos, but photo stream won't help in this respect.
Get in the habit of transferring your photos to your photo application on your computer. Once you complete the transfer you will get an option to delete the photos from your iPhone. Keep a backup of what's on your computer. Then use iTunes to manage what photos you want synced back to your device.
If there's room on your iPhone, the camera should work. Try a Reset to fix that issue:
Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears (ignore the Slide to Power Off option that shows up first).
