Is my PowerBook G4 Intel based? PowerPC G4(1.2) 1.5Ghz

I joined this site today, this is the first time I've used this type of support so pardon me if I seem like I dont know what Im doing cuz I dont. ha ha

Anyway I have used PC's for years and this is the first Apple for me. A PowerBook G4 handed down and I like It alot apples just seem to work most of the time, as opposed to the many lock ups you have with the PC. Well enough rambling. I need pointed to lots of info,

Is the PowerBook G4 an intel based machine?

Can a Samsung Phone be used with Apple or an ipod?

Im having trouble when I try to bluetooth the phone and the ipod\apple laptop.
