Q: Synch to new computer without erasing phone

I have a new iMac.  I have not done the migration assistant thing yet.  Is there a way to synch my phone (with all my tunes and contacts already on it) to the new computer where it pulls info from the phone w/out erasing it and then downloads the music and contacts from the phone into itunes?
