IPhone 4s won't restore!!!!!!!!!!!!

fed up of Apple, had no end of problems with numorous IPhones, im trying to restore my 4S, i downloaded the latest software and when i clicked restore, it started to download the software again! this is the 3rd time its happened, so frustrating!

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1

Having your phone not work as expected is frustrating to be sure. However, ranting and complaining to us fellow users is NOT likely to get you the help you need. We volunteer our time helping out those in need. Most posts like yours get passed over.
