Amazon web pages won't display on iPad
Very wierd.
Safari on my iPad is behaving fine with one exception - NO pages from amazon.com website render. I.e., I get a blank screen

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion, but while there are some elements on the site that are flash, I would at least be able to see the non-flash. I'm literally getting a totally blank screen.
I do have the Amazon app, but when I click on links to amazon content, it's not going to launch the amazon app - its going to try to load the page in safari.
Anyway, irrespective of the Amazon app, I still have a safari page rendering issue. Would be good to determine either a fix or recognition that it's a known issue so i'm not going crazy.
Thanks
Tony.
Yeah, that's definitely odd, amazon should load fine, try putting in m.amazon.com, too see if you can load the Mobile version of it (it's what SHOULD load automatically, but it may not always), since the Mobile Version doesn't use Flash at all

Ok. Very odd.
I entered m.amazon.com as you suggested. The URL got mapped to www.amazon.com in the browser BUT the amazon page loaded completely. Success I thought, however, clicking on some links in the page results in a blank page again. Replacing the www in the URL with 'm' for those pages and they now load ok. Clicking on other links from the main m.amazon.com page results in those pages loading fine, though.
So, inconsistent results, but better than before certainly.
Thanks for the help.
They likely require flash, which isn't supported on iPad. There's a simple solution though. Download the Amazon App from the App Store and shop till your heart's content.
