FaceTime cannot sign in using Apple ID, connection failure.

Please someone tell me how to set up face time. The first time to use Facetime, i cannot log in and when trying to go to "preferences" the function is off as grey color cannot open.

When trying to sign in with correct Apple ID, it is not success. The message appeared that cannot sign in, please check network connection and try again.
