Protecting folders files using ACL's doesn't work

Hi everybody: I'm trying to protect folders against deletion on Lion Server 10.7.3. For instance, one share with a couple of 'root'folders that can't be deleted by the users.

When setting the correct ACL (all attributes marked except 'delete' and 'delete files and folders' something strange happens. I've setup one test-share with one user account for testing. All inherited permissions are removed. When loggin into the server the user can't write to the share with these correct settings. When selecting the two options 'delete' and 'delete files and folders' (ACL's) the user can write files, but then he can also delete these files/ folders. It seems that (again) there are serious problems with ACL's on Lion Server.

Anybody idea's?
