HT2413: Mac OS X 10.4: About startup items security

Q: where's the "Fix" button?...

Every time I start my computer, I get this msg:

"Items in the Startup Items folder (“/Library/StartupItems/”) have not been started because the folder does not have the proper security settings."

However, I don't see any "fix" button, only "ok" button

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
