it suddenly rebooting and the black screen with apple logo appears, i don't know how to fix this. can someone help me?

Have you tried a hard reset?
Press the sleep/wake and home buttons simultaneously for 10-15 sec (can take longer) until the device restarts.
while the device is tethered to your mac, hold power until it powers off.
then press and hold home until the device auto powers up.
you will be in restore mode. restore from backup.
or restore to fac if you have no backup
I am having the same issue.
Sometimes My device is stucking too. I don't know why but there a little solution for that. Push home and power button at the same time wait for blacscreen without apple, and wait for apple logo, release your fingers. Now your device will be open without stuck. But it is interesting, why stuck ?
