Feb 11, 2012 9:33 AM in response to Barbara Brundageby Fabe,Thank you Barbara and thank you O'Rilley.
I've downloaded the book and given it a long cursory look. It is comprehensive and intelligently thought through. I recommend it to everyone on these forums. I am now going back for some thorough reading.
Barbara, thank you again. - Fabe

Feb 11, 2012 10:07 AM in response to Fabeby Barbara Brundage,You're welcome, Fabe. I haven't had much of a chance to look through it yet, but Nellie (the author) has been in involved in production for O'Reilly for a long time, so it ought to be good. She's certainly had a ton of experience with both print and ebook production.

Feb 12, 2012 3:29 AM in response to Barbara Brundageby Fabe,I've read through the entire O'Rilley manual, Publishing With iBooks Author. The pdf version is 94 pages long. It's excellent. The description between portrait and landscape orientation alone will clarify a great deal of confusion. I recommend this manual to everyone using iBooks Author, certainly all of us here on this forum. - Fabe
