I can't access my iTunes match music on my laptop. Anyone know whats going on?
I access my music via my iPhone, but while on my laptop, in iTunes all I get is the Spinning Cloud. Whats wrong?

We need a bit more information from you. Please describe the steps you are taking to get to the "spinning cloud."
When I open iTunes, I can see all of my music, but it's all greyed out. I click the disconnected cloud symbol to connect to icloud and it just keeps "spinning" and not allowing me to download my music files.
Try signing out of iTunes completely.
Restart the Computer from cold.
Sign back into iTunes.
Turn on iTunes Match - allow it to complete the usual 3-step process.
You should now be able to access all your music as usual.

mine is doing the same thing now...i tried the above and it didn't help..any suggestion
mine too, i got error 4010 when i try to turn on itunes match.
itunes match seems down for the 2 last hours...
any idea?
Mine too...it really has been a very dissappointing experience...especially considering that my iTunes I use at my office on my PC opens and is ready to go in about 3 minutes, but my MacBook at home takes 30-45 minutes every time I open iTunes to load up and finish to where I can listen to music.
