i have just bought a new iphone 4s

i just bought i new iphone 4s and i don't know how to register my new applecare protection plan ! i had a iphone 3gs before and when i sign in for register the applecare they just show my old iphone 3gs and i cant register for my new iphone 4s ! sorry for my english im french !
