why is my iTunes store not working
my iTunes is not working?
I have the same issue. I can access my library but the store just comes up blank. Any help would be appreciated!

I had this problem and it was an issue with my router. Unfornutely I had to R&R it.
I could also access the library but not the itunes store. itunes store was just a blank white screen. I could not check for updates either. I unsuccessfully tried many other suggested fixes, including proxy server, Norton settings and itunespref.xml file. The problem was linked to the parental controls for this user. If I turn off parental controls for that user through administrator, itunes store works perfectly. Unfortunate to have to turn the controls on/off/on/off, but at least we can update our devices and software when we need to.
