Applications -> Utilities -> Activity Monitor -> Disk Usage. I'm assuming you mean how much hard-drive space do you have left. If you mean how much memory (RAM) is installed then Apple menu (top left on menu bar) -> 'About this Mac' will tell you.

Memory usually refers to your RAM. Disk space is probably what you're asking, but you should be clear.

press the apple logo on the top left and choose 'about this mac' then click on storage

Click the apple icon on the menu bar > About this Mac > Storage
