Q: I am attempting to connect my Canon Pixma MG5220 printer/copier/scanner to my MacBook Pro OS 10.6.8. After loading software from Canon and attempting to print, I get the following message: NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED. What can I do to fix this?
I just purchased and installed a Canon Pixma MG5220 printer/copier/scanner to my PC desktop with Windows XP. It works fine. It has been successfully installed on my network and I am able to use it with my laptop running VISTA. However, I am trying to connect it to my MacBook Pro OS 10.6.8 and I am not having much luck. I can see it as one of the printer choices when attempting to print; however, I get the following message:
NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED
I have been searching for answers, but nothing seems to work yet. Does anyone have any suggestions?
