Q: Can't play music videos!

Recently all mosy of my music videos that are stored in the Cloud, refuse to load either on my iphone or my Apple TV. I have checked that itunes match/home sharing is turned on for all devices & logged in to the same Apple ID.  The videos still have the cloud symbol beside their listing on my iphone,but won't download. I am tearing out what litle hair I have. Does anyone have any suggestions?
