I am getting ready to do my taxes and was going to try to do them myself this year. Seems I can't find a small inexpensive package that runs of the MAC that will handel S corporation preparation. Can any one direct me?
TurboTax Business handles S Corporations. It runs on a G3 or better under OS 10.4.11 or later. It's about $100.
I calld Turbotax and they said they do not support the business edition on the OS platform, just windows. Same answer for H&R Block. I appreciate your interest and help though
My mistake, I thought business edition worked on a Mac but I now see that it doesn't.
Tax Software for business entities 1120, 1120S, LLC, 1041, etc. is only available in Windows Version. Try Google for 1120S forms & instructions. If You are Sole Owner of LLC or 1120S, You can fill out 1040C form since all info passes through your 1040 anyway.
Where can I find a tax preparation software package that will handle S corp forms?
