I bought a Macbook Pro 13'' a few weeks ago, and I just started doing some audio work on it. I'm surprised I can't hear low frequencies from the speakers.  It cuts off around 115 Hz.  I'm wondering if that's normal.  For example, can anyone else with a Macbook Pro hear these files:

Those should be one second aiff sound files, of 56 Hz and 80 Hz sine waves. Should play in iTunes. I hear it fine with cheap headphones, but nothing from my speakers.  If people can hear those I may take his computer back to the store.

thanks,

Rob
