Q: Change language back to english?

How do I change the language back to english? I tried a Restore and it didn't work.

What happens when you go to Settings>General>International and try to set the language to English?
When you restored, did you restore to factory defaults/new iPod?
Are you in an english speeking country and is your account associted with an english speaking country?
