Battery health after calibrate

I drained my Macbook Pro battery for the first time yesterday (yes I know I should have done it sooner) and before the drain coconut battery listed my health as 92% (my computer is almost 4 years old). After the drain it listed the health at 84%. Any reason for this? Is 84% the batterie's true health shown after a calibration or did this damage the battery?
