I have the Yahoo Messenger both on my laptop (HP) and my IPad. The thing is I can't make phone calls through the Messenger with my IPad but it works well with the messenger on my PC? On the Ipad I got the following error message: PSTN calls not available.
What should I do to fix it?

I have the same problem. I updated yahoo app and now when I try to make a call , there's no keypad. And when you press previous calls , it shows 'pstn calls not available.' what do I do. Is something wrong with my iPad or the yahoo messenger app?
The Yahoo Messenger app version 2.2.6 worked fine. When I upgraded to 2.2.7, the dialing feature seems to have been removed. I'd have to guess it looks intentional, because they changed the button from a phone icon to a notepad icon. The old button brough up the dial pad. The new one brings up a log of calls. I hope though that they didn't intend to remove this feature and will fix it and put it back in the next release. Is there any comment from the developer? I have searched online and didn't find anything.
It does not work in the mobile Safari browser, have you tried downloading the Yahoo app, does it offer the feature? If not you would have to wait for Yahoo to update the app maybe.

Hi Zakason, I realized the problem is in Canada. I traveled to Europe in May and the messenger worked well and allowed me to make phone calls through Yahoo Voice without problems any time.
