Spinning wheel during start up?

Hi,

Recently i did a backup overnight on my pro 15" lion and after that i couldn't able to log in, when ever i turn on it's just spinning wheel(spinning for hours, even half a day).

I tried verbose(cmd+v) it says files checking or scanning, but for hours....is there any way or command line to skip the file check.

It's really hard without mac....damnn...
