error could not determine video format

Hi,

I am trying to get my media working via plex but I get a message on my apple tv and my mac saying error could not determine video format.

OI am really puzzled by the fact that one day ago all worked fine! I haven't (as far as I am aware) made any changes to my system so I was wondering if anyone had this message before and knows what to do or try!
