Convert Aperture to AppStore
I purchased Aperture 3.0 on CD. Is there a way to convert that to the one in AppStore.
Thanks,

No there is no way to convert and really no reason to. Why are you looking to do this?

To load it on 5 computers?
Hello Frank,
Thanks for the reply. The reason why I would like to have through the AppStore is that it's more convenient for installation and updates.
As far as the sarcastic reply from Keith goes, that's funny because the media version can be loaded on two computers only (the license agreement) and the price is $199, while AppStore version is $79 and can be loaded on as many computers as you own (use the same Apple ID).
Thanks again.

I wasn't being sarcastic, I know about the license agreement. I was providing a valid reason to convert.
ETA:
I can see that "5"might make it sound sarcastic, I should have said "more than one".
More than 2 actually. Looks like a good reason too. Sorry about the sarcastic part...
No problem. Given some of my other answers, I can see how you got that. 8^)
I have apeture 2.0 on disk, with a 3.0 upgrade on disk. Neither is supported by Mountain Lion, hence neither can be reinstalled.
If you have an Aperture 2.0 and Aperture 3.0 upgrade serial number, you can download and install the Aperture 3.1 Trial version , see this support Article how to install it in Mt. Lion: Aperture 3.4: May quit unexpectedly on launch after updating
