Photos Corrupt on iPhone

Even if you get them off somehow, they are not the full resolution photos that were stored on your computer to begin with. They were optimized for the phone. With the exception of the camera roll, photo sync was never intended to be 2 way. It is one way. Computer > Phone.

Restore your photo library from your Time Machine Backup. You did make a backup before you wiped your computer, right?

If the third party software isn't working, there's really no other option... You could e-mail them all to yourself, I suppose. Have no idea how many you have, but if there's no other way...

In that case, you're pretty much hosed.... The normal "fix" would be to re-sync them from the computer, but that's not an option.

If you're ending up with a 0Byte file when you transfer it, then there is nothing to fix.
