I am receiving error 100022 when I attempt to delete the Silverlight plugin.

I need to delete the plugin to be able to watch Netflix on my computer. When I get to the internet plugin folder in the Library folder and attempt to delete it, the system requests my password and then gives me this error. "The operation can’t be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code 100022)." How do i fix this error?
