I have a iPad and ipad2. Set up.

I have two iPads, one first generation, second a ipad2. I want to use and keep both of them, first how do I get all my apps from iPad first to the iPad2 ? Then how do I create two different iTunes accounts and two different app accounts. Also how do I stop them from sharing anything via iCloud? Any and all help would be appreciated. Mama Lupi

You can redownload the Apps that are on the first one to the second one from the App Store at no cost or set the Apps up to sync to your iPod via iTunes.

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

Syncing and arranging apps from the App Store

An iTunes account and an App account are the same thing so no need to make a separate one of each. However, if you want to different accounts on each, you'll need to create a new Apple ID.

Create a new Apple ID

Keep in mind that all purchases made on account will always be tied to that account and cannot be transfer to another account at any time. So I would actually recommend sticking with the one account for both devices as it will making managing the both of them much easier.

As for iCloud, you can simply disable it via the Settings app on each.
