iPhone 3GS 32GB No Imei No Wifi No Iccid no Bluetooth, Phone restarts every 2minutes

Hi All,

I have an iPhone 3GS 32GB, running on iOS 5. Suddenly it stopped showing Service, IMEI became blank, ICCID Blank, No Wifi, No Bluetooth. :\

Also the phone restarts every 2 minutes(Approx.) I tried everything from restoring via iTunes, to putting it in DFU mode and trying to recover via iTunes. Can anyone help me out? I am desperate to fix my iphone..
