Transfer iPad to iPad

How do I erase all my information/apps/music/photos from the old iPad

Settings --> General --> Reset --> Erase all Contents and Settings

load them onto my new iPad?

Before you follow Templeton's instructions, do a sync and backup of your old one, then the erase and reset and then, when you plug the new one in, you'll be given two choices, to set your iPad up as new or to restore from a backup of the old. Choose that and you should be good to go.

YOu'll need to enter some passwords etc but most of the info should be there.

I'm not sure where it's stored on your computer. But when you plug in the new one - to the same computer and iTunes you backed the old one up on, iTunes will prompt you to restore from backup or setup as new. You want the restore from back up.
