How do I convert htm files to jpegs?

Can you view those file in your browser? If so then type Command+P to bring up the Print window. Click on the PDF button at the bottom and select Save PDF to iPhoto from the contextual menu options.

This will create a 200 dpi jpeg image of the page and import it into iPhoto.

Visit Google and Wikipedia so you have a better understanding of what htm/html and jpg/jpeg files are.

you can check around - especially graphis converter - but since html is a display language and JPEG is a compressed image format I doubt that you will find a "conversion" program - probably your best solution is to display the HTML in safari or other HTML program and then do a screen shot to get a JPEG of it
