Disabled for 22 million Minutes

My I pod touch is disabled for 22 million minutes and ive tried restoring it, ive gotten all the way to the point when it updates the i pod with new software, but everytime it gets within 6 minutes of finishing it cancels and returns to being disabled for 22 million minutes. Can someone please help!!!
