how can I retrieve deleted text messages from Ipod touch
My daughter texts on her Ipod touch with Text Free with voice app. She deleted many old texts and we need to retrieve them. Is there a way we can do that?

If the App was designed to have it's data included in the regular backups of the iPod made in iTunes, there is a chance you can restore some of these messages from a previous backup (depending on when the last backup was made).
You could use a utility such as iPhone Backup Extractor to view an iPod's backup files.
