Horrible Customer Service
I have to say I have always loved Apple products and have been a loyal Apple customer for a long time. Recently, I ordered 3 unlocked 64gb iPhone 4s' from the online Apple Store. I ended up having one of the phones sim card trays bent. Simple solution right? No. I contacted Apple to get a replacement sim tray and they were less than helpful. First, the assistant told me to contact the company I purchased the phone from for a new sim tray. Hello! I bought it from Apple! Then they told me to contact the carrier that my sim is from, like they will service a phone that wasn't purchased from them! Finally, I was told that Apple could not, more like would not, replace my sim tray. I have to say, after spending the money for 3 top of the line products from Apple, I am more than disappointed with their customer service. There seems to be no way for me to get a new sim tray with my serial number and other info on it. Hmmm. Thinking of getting rid of my 3 macs, 4 iPods, and 4 iPhones now. With service like this, who needs to be a loyal customer!
