Removing sales tax for a tax exempt purchase....
If my institution is tax exempt and I am purchasing software for a company iPad2, how do I get sales tax removed from an iTunes purchase?

Send an email message requesting a refund of the sales tax to:
Include your mailing address, a copy of the receipt for the purchase, and a copy of your institution's tax exemption certificate. Apple will send you a check to refund the taxes.
