Change it in the Startup Disk control panel or the Startup Disk pane of System Preferences.

You may not be able to login to Mac if it is starting in Windows every time you start the computer. If this is the case, then power on the Mac while holding the <Option> key will allow you to select the OS. After you ave successfully logged in to Mac then you may proceed the step recommended by Niel.
Jameshoty,
Thanks. After some trial and error. I figured out the <option> key to select os, but when I put in the Startup Disk, the only option I have is to install, which I don't need to do. There isn't a control panel or pane of system perferences, unless there is a trick? I can use the option key every time, but I'd rather have my mac boot up automatically. Any suggestions? As you can tell, I'm a novice.
By 'Startup Disk', I meant the System Preference pane or Windows control panel, not the Mac OS X installer disk.

Neil,
That makes perfect sense! It was easy. I just retarted my computer, and it booted into the Apple side. Thanks. I'm slightly embarrassed, but I'll get over it. Thanks a million.
