Hello, somebody in amazon (a Market seller) is selling a Apple iPod nano 16 GB Silver (5th Generation) OLD MODEL - for 220$ according to him, the ipod is really new, sealed with 90 days warranty from apple, but with out a box, i point.... Please...Your advice? ?

Apple is only providing these models in the form, which you will get. And these iPods come with Apple's 3 month limited warranty. So if you want to know when I got these iPods from apple you just have to enter the iPod's serial number on apple's website and you will know.
