Twitter error?

Hey guys, I'm not sure if anyone else is having the same issue with twitter as I'am but my problem is as followed: Twitter integration is great and I love it but until today I have not been able to send a picture from my camera roll, post a message from third party apps that have twitter integration, etc. I keep getting a message that say it failed to send it to twitter blah blah blah with the options to "Try Again" or "Cancel." I do have the twitter app installed on both my 4s & iPad 2, sign out & sign in from both the settings app and the twitter app, and reset my devices but to no avail. Any ideas on what's going on?

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 5.0.1

Have you checked the applications to be certain the apps have been given permission (by you) to access your twitter account?

Yeah I have checked the apps, and I've twitted from them before and even if they weren't (which they are) then why isn't the photo app that comes build into the iOS devices not sending pictures to twitter? My guess this is another bug is iOS 5.0.1 ugh, Apple should hurry and release iOS 5.1 and fix so many issues starting with the battery issue on iPhone 4s.
