Hello! We are new to the ipad world, and I am needing a little help with an app. We have two ipads. If I pay for and download QuickOffice Pro, can I download it to both ipads, or will I need to pay for two downloads to be able to do this?

If you use the same iTunes account on both iPads, you can place the apps on both devices.

If you are using the same apple Id, you are fine. if you are two different apple people, you each need to buy your own.
If the iPads have the same Apple ID, under Settings > Store, then you do not have to pay twice. In the Store settings, you may also want to turn on Automatic Downloads for apps, so that way you don't even have to download it again.
