iphone disabled/itunes cannot connect

I broke my iphone but still have my old one so I decided to switch back. Apparently I forgot my lock code. Now my phone display is "iphone is disabled connect to itunes" but when I connect to itunes I get that itunes cannot connect and I need to enter my passcode on the phone. Everything I have found says to restore using itunes or connect it to the last computer it was synced with. Itunes won't show the device and the last computer is long gone in Okinawa. Now what?
