Error message: iTunes Install

Hi guys, how are you?

I have an issue trying to install the iTunes program. Awhile ago I had iTunes installed by I was unable to successfully install the latest update so I figured I

would uninstall and re-install iTunes from scratch. When I try to install the program now I receive the follow message:

I am currently running the windows 7, 64 bit operating System. Can anyone help please??
