Chrome users just see blue screen on iWeb site

Hi all, it's been brought to my attention that many Chrome users trying to view my website see my front page for a brief moment and then just get a blue screen covering everything as the music starts to play. I cannot seem to recreate the problem in Chrome, but perhaps it's an issue with using Chrome on a PC. Has anyone heard of this problem before? Here's the link to the website if you want to try to recreate the problem: http://www.jaredcowing.com

My Mac (if the info is of any use):

OSX 10.6.8

2 x 2.66 GHz Dual-Core Xeon

6 GB 667 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM

Let me know if any further information would help in determining the problem.

Thanks!

Hey Jared, I'm experiencing the same problems with my sites. I'm on a PC and have a couple simple websites built with Yahoo Sitebuilder and hosted through Yahoo. Chrome just recently started giving me those issues, but I can't put a particular date on it that I noticed it. It's fine on IE, Chrome and Safari, but for some reason it doesn't like Chrome. Here are my sites if it helps:

This is a known bug with V 17.0.963.46 and is related to the embeded audio. The bug has been fixed in the Beta version but this is not recommended for consumer use.

The temporary fix, until the stable version is updated, is to remove the audio or use another method to play it.

An HTML5 player with flash fallback is the preferred method since the use of a plugin, such as QuickTime or Flash, is not considered good pratice anymore.
