Q: This version of iTunes does not support syncing to iPod, iPhone or iPad
Since installing the latest version of iTunes I have not been able to sync by iPod Video or iPod Shuffle to iTunes. It has also stopped syncing my iPhone though not sure if this is a separate issue.
I had an old mac running 10.5.8 and thought they may be the problem. But, today I bought a new iMac with all software up to date and am still having the same issue.
Can anyone help?

Assistance no longer required. I have just discovered that my husband put my iTunes into activation only mode, resulting in the above issue....needless to say unimpressed, I have been telling him there have been issues for months and he kept blaming my operating system.
