Mar 5, 2013 8:20 AM in response to colibriazulby YeOldeiPhone,There are many things that could cause this, but the main thing is an out-dated mac and updated software. You can do to things if this is the case. you can back-up all your stuff, get a new mac, and transferr with the setup assistant. OR you can DOWNgrade your mac.

Mar 7, 2013 7:59 AM in response to colibriazulby YeOldeiPhone, another thing is too much stuff on your mac. delete everything exept what you need for you job/school, (which you should have already backed up: if not, back it up on iCloud and then, if you wanna take risks, save it to iCloud again, just to be sure and DELETE the stuff of your mac) and also refrehs the machine. REMEMBER TO BAK UP ALL IMPORTANAT FILES!!! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER IF YOU TAKE THIS PATH!!!

Oct 1, 2013 6:59 PM in response to doniweber9by kevbot96,That is a paid program and might potentially harm his system due to unauthorized items being deleted and "cleaned" I've had terrible luck with that particular program as it deleted certain files that corrupted OS X. If your mac is outdated, try giving it some new life by cleaning your fans, upgrading to an SSD, RAM etc.
