File Sharing and FileVault

My iMac via MacBook just upgrade to OS X 10.7.3. The file sharing both of them were said

There was a problem connecting to the server “Jay Tong’s MacBook”.

This file server is available on your computer. Access the volumes and files locally.

However the screen sharing is OK.

Then, in Disk Utility my iMac Macintosh HD

in Permissions verification completed said

Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired.

Then my MacBook Macintosh HD in Disk Utility said

Verify volume failed: Invalid request.

After upgrade to Lion, my MacBook Macintosh has been encrypted and decryped by FileVault secure On and Off, it turn my HD to a Physical format and won't work in Disk Utility, its totally different with my iMac FileVault encrypted.

So, how to make it both same ? Isn't it better encrypted in the Physical ?

At last how to figure out my file sharing server connecting problem ?

Thanks in advance for your reply.
