Xcode download problem...

The link didn't work, but I just went into the App Store and searched for "xcode", and was able to download it.

true, i could also download it few minutes ago...

but where the @#$% is my quartz composer ?? it's gone!

ah, found it, seems to be a separate package now...

Yes, it used to be "Install Xcode"; now it's a true "Xcode" in one download...

I cant even get Xcode to download .. All there security blocks me from downloading it safari resets the connection and it just hangs

Network restarts and the link is now broken 5 days worth of dealing with this crap

Is there no Fu#$% ing alternative download place where xcode is availible

I dont WANT TO USE ITUNES

How are you downloading Xcode without using a Mac and the Mac App Store?

And why are you posting to a one year old thread?

Things have changed in the last year if you are having problems start a new thread and describe what you are trying to do and what problems you are having.

is REALLY slow on my 50 mbps wired connection, the ETA is one hour! Using the direct link cut the estimated time into one third (20 mins).

Please Apple, stop using the App Store for XCode downloads either, but get your act together and provide downloads with the proper server capacity and no usability blockers. I want to use wget or curl to download this big files!
