Is there a way to disable the middle-mouse button click to bring up Mission Control in Lion? I have looked all over the system preferences under Mission Control and Mouse, but I don't see a way to disable it.
Hey, you were right! There was an option on the Logitech Control Panel to set the middle mouse button to Mission Control, which I have now disabled.

Go to System Preferences->Mouse; More Gestures. Its the third one down/
In settings->mission control, uncheck mouse buttons. Mouse middle button is for paste, shouldn't be misused.
You are referring to the Trackpad, not mouse. I'm talking about an actual mouse with a middle scroll wheel that also functions as a button. The Apple magic mouse also does this if you click in the middle of the mouse.

Well that is odd, because I don't have that on mine. Do you have the Apple Magic mouse? I am using a Logitech TrackMan mouse.
Yes I have a magic mouse that must be the difference. Looks like you can't disable it unless the software for your mouse has it hidden away somewhere.
