Q: Upgrade to FCPX 10.0.03 Not working

I purchased FCPX on the launch date, it downloaded and installed properly and works fine, however since the past two versions to come out, I can't seem to upgrade.

Both times it's telling me my video card doesn't meet the minimum requirements.  Did the requirement for video cards change between launch and the latest version?

I'm running a Mac Pro with an AJA Kona card installed.  I've gone back and forth with the App Store people and they can't seem to help me upgrade. 

Any suggestions from anyone would be greatly appreciated!
